Shipping Information

We ship via UPS and USPS, selecting whichever carrier offers the most cost-effective option for your order.

Domestic (United States)
Flat rate of $14.95. Free shipping on orders over $500. Delivery in 3–5 business days.

Orders over $800 require a signature upon delivery.

International
Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country upon import.

Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday will begin processing the following business week.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions
We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it's insured and handled by the carrier. If your order becomes lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
