Easy Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Returns

We are happy to accept returns on any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging and with no visible wear or damage. We reserve the right to deny any return. After 14 days, all sales are final. Sale items are exchange only. Sale items that are discounting 30% or more are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

Reach out to info@segalpetite.com with "Return Request" and your Order Number in the subject line. Please provide a description of the reason for your return, along with the product name, color, and size. Once authorization has been granted, Segal Petite will provide a pre-paid return label. All returns must be shipped within five (5) business days of receiving the return label.

We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time; therefore all items will be final sale for international customers.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item we ask that you please initiate a return and then proceed with a separate transaction for the desired garment.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, we will notify you that your return has been accepted. Once the return is approved, Segal Petite will process the return within five (5) business days.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties. Please reach out to info@segalpetite.com with any questions.
